The home balances crisp white forms, black rooflines, slimline feature bricks, natural stone, soft landscaping and large glazed openings. The result feels refined without being cold, detailed without feeling overdone, and timeless enough to grow with the family for decades. SBD Studio led the architectural and interior design, with Everyday Interiors bringing the interior decorating and styling together.

A big part of this project was helping Rima and Paddy make smart decisions with their budget. We worked closely with the clients and design team to value engineer areas that had the least impact on the design intent, so funds could be directed toward the spaces, finishes and details that mattered most. Custom steel fabrication, hardwood stair treads, arched steel-framed doors, engineered oak flooring, feature stone, handcrafted brickwork, microcement finishes, marble benchtops, detailed joinery and carefully considered lighting all contribute to the final result.

The pool, sauna, landscaped areas and football pitch turn the backyard into a true lifestyle zone. This is not just a home to look at. It is a home to live in.
