How early should we involve a builder?
The earlier the better.
Bringing us in during the design phase allows us to guide buildability, cost, and key decisions before they become expensive to change. It also helps align your vision with a realistic outcome from the start.
Do you work with our architect, or do we need to use yours?
We’re happy to do both.
We regularly collaborate with architects and designers and see it as a partnership. Our role is to support the design, provide practical input, and ensure it’s delivered properly on site.
How involved do we need to be during the build?
As involved as you’d like to be — without the stress.
We handle the day-to-day management, while keeping you informed through weekly updates and site meetings. You’re involved in the decisions that matter, without being overwhelmed by the process.

What type of projects do you typically take on?
We specialise in architecturally designed new homes, knockdown rebuilds and major structural renovation projects.
Most of our work sits in the premium custom home space, often from around $2M and above, with a focus on clients building their long-term or forever home.
How do you manage your budget and avoid surprises?
Through upfront planning and transparency.
We take the time to properly review documentation, identify risks early, and provide clear cost guidance. Throughout the build, everything is tracked and communicated so you’re never guessing where things stand.
How long does the process typically take?
It depends on the scale and complexity of the home.
As a guide:
Pre-construction: 3–6 months
Construction: 10–18+ months
We’ll give you a clearer timeline once we understand your project.
What areas do you build in?
We primarily work across the Sutherland Shire and surrounding Sydney areas, but we’re open to the right projects.
What happens after handover?
We don’t disappear.
We provide a clear defects period and remain available to ensure everything is performing as it should. We take pride in long-term relationships, not just finishing the build.
For clients who want ongoing peace of mind, we also offer a structured maintenance service. This allows us to proactively care for your home over time — keeping everything looking, performing, and ageing as it should, without you having to manage it.
