This project entailed the demo of 80% of the existing dwelling. Keeping the existing structural subfloor and garage. By creating new walls to existing area as well as an extension over the garage, creating huge gain in space as well as ‘a brand new home.’ The extension of the garage below creating a sub floor workshop, provides the needs for the customer to work from home. New spotted gum deck to front and tiled patio at rear to provide outdoor living. Using smart choices in finishes and fixtures providing an affordable outcome paired with a high quality build.
