This project entailed the demolition of 80% of the existing dwelling. Keeping the existing structural subfloor and garage. A large scale extension to the rear and addition of 2 stories above. The outcome – pure luxury! The use of natural stone throughout the home and feature cladding, premium oak flooring and high level finishes and fixtures through out.
