A major structural renovation, which gained our wonderful clients huge benefits!

Building in a BAL FZ zone it came with its challenges, and at Blitz we provided the experience and solutions to build in these areas. A large steel framed 2 story rear alfresco has provided a huge entertaining area and capitalised on the space that could be used on this block. By moving a large old staircase void and jackhammering through solid sandstone to create the new stairs to the basement, provided huge m2 gains to the living room. By removing walls and installing structural beams to the ceiling space we replaced 3 small rooms to create a huge open plan kitchen, dining and family room.
